About
Consulting for Resilience (CFR) partners with organizations and communities to build sustainable, adaptable systems that thrive through change. CFR weaves together Asset-Based Development, Change Management, and Universal Design principles to create solutions that are flexible, equitable, and resilient by design—not as an afterthought.
Why Consulting for Resilience?
The phoenix doesn’t just survive the fire—it’s reborn from it, stronger and more vibrant. This symbol of resilience, renewal, and transformation guides every engagement. Organizations face constant change; the question isn’t whether challenges will come, but whether systems are built to rise from them.

How We Work
Our work is guided by three interconnected principles that build resilience into every engagement:
- Asset-Based Development
- Change Management
- Universal Design
For Leaders Ready to Build What’s Next
The north star doesn’t find itself. This work partners with executive teams, nonprofit boards, government agencies, and educational institutions to define it — and build the future strategically. Currently serving US-based organizations with bilingual capacity in English and Spanish, with plans to expand services globally to support international organizations pursuing resilient, equitable systems.

Universal Design
Build for the furthest outlier, and everyone else thrives within it—from neurodivergent processes to varied learning styles.

Change Management
Plans don’t execute themselves—people do. Effective change management integrates human processes from the start.

Strategic Planning
Long-term success lives at the intersection of what is just, enforceable, constructive, and achievable.
